Q. How quickly can I get my new web site?
If you have chosen the 'eShowcase eStore' option it generally takes between 24 to 36 hours to have your site on the net ready for you to add information about your business using your personal Control Panel.

Other types of websites and stores will probably take longer. It all depends on your requirements and the complexity of the site.

Q. Can I really buy a website or webstore on-line?
Some people think that you must hire a local web designer. Why? Here we are, talking about selling goods and services via the Internet and yet there is this strange perception that the web site or web store itself must be organized locally. Nonsense. We are dealing with 'e' products in an 'e' age. It's not necessary for us to come and see you. Nice if possible but certainly not necessary. We can create your web store for you no matter where you live in the world.

Q. How can you set up a site without coming to see me?
All our transactions can be done by fax, telephone and eMail. Even pictures, logos and designs can be eMailed so it's easy to construct your site. Once the site is up and running and meets your requirements, then we hand over the keys and away you go. We don't! We are always there in the background should you need our help or advice.

Q. What does it really cost?
Be assured, there are no hidden costs. If you chose the 'eShowcase eStore' option the web site with 3Mb of space is sufficient to hold your web pages plus something like 150 to 200 individual product/service pages with pictures and descriptions.

Only if you want to register and/or use a Domain Name of your own will an extra expense become involved. This is because a third party supplier will be involved. The extra cost will depend on their current charges at that time.

If we undertake to create a more complex web site and/or store you will be given a free quotation and this will include everything you have asked for. There will be no extra or hidden charges to face in the future.

Q. How do I make payment?
With the 'eShowcase eStore' option it's really easy. Like everything else we do, it's all done on-line. When, and only when, you are satisfied with your new store will we ask for payment. You will be invoiced by eMail and you have a full 30 days before it is necessary to make payment.

You pay just once a year. That's it, no hidden extras. You make payment with your credit card via PayPal.

Secure, easy and simple.

Other sites and stores may involve third party suppliers. Hosting, domain registration etc. With these you will have the option of dealing with them direct and then of course you will need to follow their payment methods. Our part of the service will be invoiced separately. We always use PayPal.

Q. What is needed to be able to have an instant business web site?
Instant? Then you need our 'eShowcase eStore' option. Requirements are a computer, Internet access, and a means of taking pictures for your site.

Q.What about html code and ftp knowledge?
Obviously if we are both creating and managing your web site for you then this question doesn't apply.

With the 'eShowcase eStore' option you have your own personal Control Panel and can do many operations all by yourself. Even so, you still do not need any technical knowledge. The software made available on our host site generates your web page template and also does the uploading of information automatically for you.

If you can enter information on the keyboard and know how to use the mouse then you are all set to take control and have your own web site.

Q. How often can I change my site to add pictures or update it?
This question applies to those interested in the 'eShowcase eStore' option.

And the answer is, as often as you like, 24 hours every day. You have total access to, and total control of your webstore using your control panel with your user name and password.

Q. How do I add pictures to my web site?
An 'eShowcase eStore' option question. To add, delete or modify any listings go to your control panel and click on Add Listings. A screen appears that asks for all of your information about the photo you are submitting. Complete directions are found in the User Guide. If still in doubt you can contact us.

Q. What about photos?

By far the easiest way is using a digital camera. Our preferred digital camera is the Sony Mavica due to its ease of use and with its eMail setting the pictures are the exact size you need for your web site. Plus the Mavica puts the pictures right onto a floppy disk ready for your use.

Alternatively you can use ordinary photographs with a scanner. Follow this with photo compression software to make the pictures ready for use on your web site.

Q. How many photos can I put on a page, and how many pages can I put
     on my site?

Each page is capable of 2 pictures of the item or service offered along with a description. If you prepare your photos to the recommended size your site should allow for approximately 150 - 200 pages with one photo. With 2 photos on every page it would be approximately half and of course somewhere in-between if you put 1 photo on some and 2 photos on others.

Q. Do I need to know how to create or design web pages?

No, the simple-to-use templates are as simple as filling out a form. You just fill in the provided fields with your information and it is automatically uploaded to your web site.

Q. What if I need help or support?
As far as the 'eShowcase eStore' software is concerned it is so easy to use the odds are you won't need any help at all, but if you do we are available by phone or eMail during normal business hours.

If we are to be successful we 'need' you to be successful. This means 'your success' is our PRIMARY concern.

Q. What about guarantees?
Of course. Absolutely. Guarantees are a must. We do not want unhappy customers.

If at any time you are not satisfied with the service we give, (highly unlikely), you can withdraw from our arrangement.

Please bear in mind we cannot give refunds of money paid direct to third party suppliers by yourself.

However this is 'our' guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work we have done and we have been unable to resolve the difficulty your fee will be refunded.

With the 'eShowcase eStore' option if you withdraw within three months of making your first annual payment we will refund your fee in full. There after, refund will be pro-rata.
