Hi,

My name is David and my wife's name is Katarina. Together we are DaSanKa Websites. When you deal with 'DaSanKa Websites' you are not dealing with a huge, impersonal, (is there any real people there?) multinational corporation. On the contrary, ours is a true 'cottage' industry in the real sense of the word, (though because of the internet I suppose we can claim to be international).

We live in the wilds of northern Sweden. It's not quite totally away from all civilisation but it is certainly very different from the northern industrial area of Leeds/Bradford in England where we used to live. Most of our friends and colleges think we are crazy.

"Why do you want to live up there?", they ask incredulously. "That's for polar bears and such like!"

Well; the answer is simple. It's incredibly beautiful and blissfully peaceful. The summer months always bring many visitors to this area and they keep coming back year after year. I think I just have to make this a plug for the region. It is called the High Coast and it is one of Sweden's most popular destinations during the summer holidays. It's just too good to remain unknown to all but the Swedish population so one day I am going to organise tours from abroad.
